Eagle Lead Shot #4 25lb
For added toughness to avoid deformation, Eagle Magnum lead shot contains 4.5–5% antimony. Tighter patterns downrange are guaranteed by uniform size.
Magnum lead shot is a little bit softer than chilled lead shot (i.e., shot that has been alloyed with higher concentrations of antimony). Harder magnum shot is preferred by many shotgunners because it maintains its spherical shape better. The resultant chilled shot pellet is slightly denser than magnum shot because chilled lead shot has fewer quantities of antimony, which is lighter than lead.
