Description

Lyman Primer Pocket Uniformer Small

Primer pocket uniformers scrape off built-up carbon residue from previous firings and square the bottom of the primer pocket with regard to the case head, ensuring that primer pockets are cut to the correct SAAMI depth requirements. This step is crucial because changes in primer seating depth might affect how the firing pin strikes the primer, resulting in uneven ignition. This tool comes with a SAAMI-compliant preset stop collar.
