Description

Kick EEZ Grind To Fit Pad 602-6-M-B

Because of the tapered toe and face design of the pad, the recoil pad can be mounted more consistently to the same pocket area and will not dig into your shoulder.

➼ Kick-EEZ Recoil Pad (Grind to Fit)
➼ Model #: 602-6-M-B  (Black Only)
➼ Size: 1 7/8" x 5 1/4" x 3/4"

Best Suited For

  • Shotgun shooters (sporting clays, skeet, field use)
  • Rifle shooters using moderate to heavy calibres
  • Shooters wanting custom stock fit and improved comfort
  • High-volume shooters needing recoil reduction over long sessions

When To Use It

  • Upgrading from a hard or worn factory recoil pad
  • Shooting extended sessions where recoil fatigue builds up
  • You want to fine-tune length of pull (LOP)
  • You need a pad that mounts smoothly from low-gun positions

The angled heel design helps prevent snagging on clothing and promotes a consistent mount.

FAQs

Q: What does “602-6-M-B” mean?

  • “602” = model/series (sporting-style pad)
  • “6” = 3/4" thickness
  • “M” = medium size
  • “B” = black finish

Q: How much recoil reduction does it provide?
Significant reduction—Sorbothane absorbs and dissipates recoil energy rather than just cushioning it.

Q: Does it require fitting?
Yes. It must be ground to match your stock for proper fit and finish.

Q: Can I install it myself?
Yes, but a belt sander and care are required. Many shooters prefer gunsmith installation for best results.

Q: Is it suitable for heavy calibres?
Yes, though thicker versions (e.g., 1" or more) may be better for magnum recoil.
