The exposed lead tips on the conventional line of rounds allow for controlled expansion and powerful terminal performance. Most have our pioneering secant ogive design – one of the most ballistically efficient profiles ever produced (see diagram to right). Most use our proprietary InterLock design, which retains mass and energy during expansion by locking the jacket and core together with a raised ring inside the jacket that is lodged in the bullet's core.
