FAQs

Q: What does “.375” refer to?
A: It refers to the internal diameter of the bushing, which determines where it contacts the case shoulder for measurement.

Q: Does it give an exact headspace measurement?
A: Not an absolute SAAMI measurement—it's primarily used for comparative measurements (before vs after sizing) to ensure consistency.

Q: Can I use it without the comparator kit?
A: No, it requires the Hornady comparator body and calipers to function.

Q: How do I choose the correct bushing size?
A: Select a bushing that contacts the midpoint of the cartridge shoulder; Hornady provides charts for correct sizing.
