The high nylon fiber content of the black synthetic stock promotes superior strength and rigidity. A precision button-rifled barrel also contributes to the inherently tight groups. It has a crisp new CrossFireTM trigger system for shot control that is user adjustable to suit your preferences.
The Model 783 has a detachable steel magazine with a steel latch. Standard calibers hold four rounds, while magnum calibers hold three. Expect a lifetime of dependable performance from this Remington bolt action, as with all Remington bolt actions.
