Howa 1500 Barreled Actions are the right platform for a high precision rifle assembly, at an economical cost. Every Howa Barreled Action has a hammer-forged barrel, bottom metal, and the very accurate HACT two-stage trigger. The receiver and bolt are made of forged steel, and the bolt has an integrated bolt handle. Bolt faces are square to the barrel chamber and make good contact with the receiver recesses.
