Howa 1500 Barreled Actions are the ideal framework for building a high-quality precision rifle at a low cost. Every Howa Barreled Action has a hammer forged barrel, bottom metal, and a two-stage HACT trigger. The barrel and bolt are both made of forged steel, and the bolt has a built-in bolt handle. Bolt faces are parallel to the barrel chamber and make great contact with receiver recesses.
The M16 extractor ensures proper extraction and operation. Factory barrels are hammer forged and have a precise headspace setting. The two-stage HACT trigger pull is precise, light, and consistent. When the bolt is unloaded, the inbuilt three-position safety allows it to be secured as well as set on safe. A wide range of high-quality manufacturers offer scope bases.
