Sierra are the Bulletsmiths!
The Sierra hunting jacket on the 140 grain #1910 Spitzer bullet is heavy and double-tapered. It has excellent penetration and expansion on medium game and is recommended for all 7mm cartridges. It is recommended for ranges of up to 450 yards and is a great all-around hunting bullet. The 140 grain #1910 bullet is generally considered too "hard" for TCU size cartridges in handguns, but it could be a good choice for large game, such as elk, when used at short ranges in a Remington XP-100 handgun in 7mm-08 Remington or a similar handgun and cartridge. This bullet is an excellent choice for all target work due to its good ballistic shape and traditional Sierra accuracy. This bullet's pinpoint accuracy makes it a good choice for both varmints and target competition.
