Since its inception more than 60 years ago, RCBS has been creating innovative, high-quality reloading equipment. The Universal Case Prep Center is no exception, combining two of the most popular case preparation equipment available into one compact machine. Volume reloaders can trim and prep massive amounts of cases quickly and easily with the Universal Case Prep Center. The 24-volt DC motor can produce 360 pounds of torque and 9 inch-pounds of torque. Reloaders may harness all of the power and tailor it to their needs by altering the output shaft RPMs of the machine. This equipment has a spring-loaded feed mechanism for hands-free trimming, which involves loading and unloading cases with a single lever before disengaging them from the cutter. The Universal Case Prep Center is designed for right or left handed reloaders, and it will work with cartridges with case heads ranging from.250 to.625" and overall lengths ranging from.720' to 3.375". The shellholder assembly facilitates adjusting the trim length quick and easy, and there is a micrometer adjustment for rapid, precise cuts. Case preparation is offered at six stations, four of which turn at 360 RPM and two of which turn at 550 RPM. This equipment comes with big and small priming pocket brushes, chamfer and deburring tools, an alignment gauge, and pilots in the following calibers: 22, 24, 25, 27, 28, 30, 35, 44, and 45. Other case preparation functions can be added to the machine with the addition of a variety of other accessories (available separately), such as removing military crimps from brass, uniforming priming pockets, cleaning case necks, and deburring flash holes.
