DPM 1911 4.25" Commander 9mm/38 Super/45ACP Barrel Bushing Recoil Reducer
This system operates on the basis of a multi-spring intricate rod (three springs) and controls the pistol's functionality. The third spring, which is contained within the rod, controls the slide's movement so that it never rams against the frame.
One spring plug and five different external springs are included in the system. When using the DPM Recoil Rod and springs, the spring plug should always be installed.
The external springs differ in length, with the long spring being heavier and the short spring being lighter, allowing the shooter to fine-tune the pistol's opening and locking positions (slide on the battery).
