Their brass is made of 70% copper and 30% zinc and is drawn vertically during the manufacturing process, resulting in a more uniform wall thickness. To ensure consistent metallurgy across all lots, cases are annealed between draws. Each brass case is hand-inspected to ensure the highest possible quality.
