Description

  • Precision Aluminium Alloy modular baffles.
  • Modularity gives several advantages:
    • Take it apart to clean it. Rimfires can produce a lot of build up in a suppressor, get in there and huck it out if you want.
    • Tune your barrel to the ammo by experimenting with different suppressor lengths. Some rimfire loads in some rifles can be made to shoot more accurately by adding or removing mass at the muzzle. Experiment with different numbers of baffles installed. Google barrel harmonic theory.
    • Reduce or increase it's length to suit the aesthetic of your rifle or the purpose of the rifle.
  • Muzzle forward design to clear modular handguards.
  • Important note on reduction performance: Unique to A-Tec, our suppressors are tested to the latest MIL-STD-1474D military standard which is the most stringent and difficult standard to test to. Research shows our competitors do not test to this standard. For comparing to competitors products we prefer to let our reputation do the talking but you will observe our suppressors performing 5-10% better for a stated dB and significantly better for dB reduction vs. weight & length.
  • A-Tec have only one grade of precision: Match Grade. A-Tec suppressors are second to none for concentricity, straightness and fine dimensional tolerances. This is especially evident in our bore apertures which are tight to the projectile to maximise sound reductive effect. To get peak performance from an A-Tec suppressor, one's rifle muzzle must be correctly crowned, threaded and shouldered.
