The Beretta A400 Xtreme Plus is an all-round shotgun that's well suited for nearly any type of hunting.
Beretta's proprietary Steelium Plus barrels are used in the A400 Xtreme Plus, a first for hunting shotguns that provide the greatest patterning possible from all hunting ammunition while also reducing felt recoil. The new A400 Xtreme Plus barrel incorporates a step rib with an integral mid-bead and fiber optic front bead to provide optimum fit and sight picture in all conditions. The A400 Xtreme Plus is further enhanced by the factory's installation of a longer charging handle and bolt release for better manipulation on the coldest and rainiest days, as well as an increased loading port for simpler loading in harsh weather.
