With two 12" and two 36" rods that thread into the ergonomic swivel handle, Lyman's Universal Cleaning Rod System covers all pistols and rifles. The cleaning rods, like the handle, are chemically resistant. The rods are also made of spring steel and coated with a durable, non-abrasive proprietary epoxy. They're threaded to accept conventional 8-32 jags and brushes, such as the ones included in Lyman's 26-piece Complete Jag and Brush Set. Separate cleaning rods and Universal Handles are also available, as well as a special.17 caliber rod. When it comes to gun cleaning materials for rifles or handguns, Lyman is the name to remember.
