The "Sissy Bag" may be that to some, but when placed in the back of any rear sand bag, it certainly absorbs a lot of recoils. A carrying strap is embroidered to the top of the bag, which measures 4" in diameter by 8 1/2" in height. Unfilled. Made in the United States of America using excellent steer hide.
