We’ve updated the proven cross-slot design of these steel rings to be stronger and to give them more contact with the base for added stability and easier installation.
The Leupold® CrossSlot mount system has a Weaver-style ring that works on both Weaver rails and Picatinny rails, and has a one-piece and two-piece base that can be used with many popular rifles. This model fits a riflescope with a 1-inch main tube and is ideal for standard to magnum calibers. Our CrossSlot mounts include the PRW2, QRW2, LRW, and Open Range series to provide unmatched durability and strength. PRW2 mounts have always been very popular. Many rifles come with weaver-style bases or cross-slot rails. The QRW2 also works on a cross-slot base, providing the same features as a QR ™ mount, including +/- ¼ MOA accuracy for removing and replacing optics.
