High-quality fabrication and minimal tolerances guarantee the best accuracy between the headplate and baseplate. The sled can move smoothly because there is very little play.

All components are composed of carbon steel and are more than adequately sized. The guiding pillars are embedded with solid lubricant and run in hardened brass bushings. Die holders and shell holders are examples of components that have been surface-hardened and ground.

These presses' components are made in Germany using cutting-edge CNC machinery. We make sure to only employ equipment, products, and materials that live up to our strict quality standards. There are no cast iron or aluminum components, and the edges are rounded and all surfaces burnished.
