The Hornady Lock-N-Load Overall Length Gauge Modified Cases have slightly enlarged case mouths to allow the bullet to glide easily to create optimal bullet seating depth.
These enclosures have been customized specifically for use with Lock-N-Load Precision gauges. Attaching them to the gauges with a special fine thread ensures that they remain absolutely square for precise alignment in the chamber of your rifle. Second, the case's neck is completely spherical and slightly opened to allow a standard diameter bullet to easily and concentrically glide into the case mouth, ensuring the most precise results conceivable.
