RCBS Hand Case Neck Turning Tool Kit #90401
The RCBS Hand Case Neck Turner is designed to peel brass from the outside of a case neck to a constant thickness, which is necessary because most commercially available brass has different thicknesses in the neck. This causes concerns with case neck concentricity and bullet run-out. Hand-loaded ammo that has been trued up produces more consistent and accurate results. The case neck is guided by caliber-specific pilot/mandrels (available separately) in the cutter part. The cutter design allows you to zero the cutter to the pilot/mandrel and then dial in the appropriate case neck thickness in.0005-inch increments using the micrometer adjustment. The cutter may be used with either your right or left hand.
