Vortex's 2-10x40 Razor HD LH Riflescope is equipped with exceptional High Density and Extra-Low Dispersion optics and does not compromise on robustness or precise opto-mechanics. The lenses are made of high definition, High Density (HD), and Extra-Low dispersion optical glass to provide a balanced range of color, a low dispersion of passing light, and to give high definition true-color images. The lenses are also fully multi-coated with patented XRPlus anti-reflection coatings for maximum transmission and minimal glare, as well as a scratch-resistant ArmorTek coating to protect them from scratches, debris, dirt, grease, and fingerprint stains. In normal lighting conditions, the 40mm objective aperture gathers enough light to produce brilliant photos.
This riflescope has an extraordinarily sturdy design and precision adjustments to match its remarkable optical performance. Its 1" maintube is machined from a single piece of high quality aluminum and coated with an abrasion-resistant and low-glare matte anodized finish. The scope is filled with argon gas and sealed with O-rings for complete fogproof and waterproof performance. The opto-mechanical gear is carefully designed and enhanced with Precision-Glide Erector System to provide a smooth and precise zooming action.
