The Aimpoint CompM4s sight belongs to the CompM4 series sights, which are the best sights Aimpoint has ever made. It has a low battery compartment. Improved energy efficiency offers up to 8 years of continuous usage from a single AA battery, among other improvements. The main difference between the sights is that the CompM4 has a top mounted battery box, and the CompM4s has a low-mounted battery compartment.
