The potential of sound moderators was quickly recognized by Schultz & Larsen. Silencing the rifle report is healthy for the environment, enhances rifle accuracy, and minimizes the danger of hearing harm. Unusually, Schultz & Larsen elected to design and produce their own moderators for at least one rifle manufacturer. They have thus set the same performance specifications as their guns are required.
Each moderator is composed of the finest materials and has been developed with large calibers to endure the repeated fire. Each bow features a stone cone in the center of the bowl to ensure lifespan hence the label 'Schultz & Larsen Hardcore' for this model range. The rear part of the over-barrel variants is made of a solid bar and is an excellent engineering part alone.
