When trimming, the Lee Precision 30 M1 Carbine Fast Trim Die will keep your brass casings firmly in place. Using the Deluxe Quick Trim or the Value Quick Trim Case Trimmer, this Lee Precision 30-M1 Carbine Quick Trim Dies is intended to be utilized. The die is typically produced in specialized facilities and is molded from an aluminum alloy. However, make sure to assemble the jig as instructed and to hold the case firmly in position when using the trimmer. When you're finished using the trimmer, just put the case back in the reloading die and cut the sprue off of it while it's being held there. A case holder is not necessary thanks to this method.
