Customer demand for a 6mm Creedmoor case arose almost immediately after the original Creedmoor case was released. Apart from the neck size, our new 6mm Creedmoor cases have the same features and characteristics as Lapua's 6.5 Creedmoor brass. It's a nicely designed case with appropriately annealed neck and shoulder metallurgy, head metallurgy chosen for durability, and the same small rifle primer, small flash-hole design that offers the greatest accuracy edge. The smaller 6mm bore diameter allows you to choose from a wide assortment of proven low-drag match rounds that deliver superb long-range performance while producing even less recoil.

While the original 6.5 Creedmoor was created with NRA High Power competition in mind, other disciplines, including as PRS, quickly recognized the cartridge's benefits. We're confident that Lapua's latest product will appeal to discerning shooters in difficult competitive categories.
