The Sako Roughtech Pro is a real hunting and shooting rifle built for big game hunting on a regular basis. The Roughtech stock includes a completely integrated aluminum bedding system that offers a precise, rigid chassis, as well as a rough surface texture that ensures a solid grip in any weather. A high-energy dissipation recoil pad is included with the Sako Roughtech stock. All stocks come with two 5 mm spacers for adjusting the length of pull.

When installed in the rifle, the co-polymer magazine can also be loaded from the top. With a stainless magazine spring, the material is 50 percent nylon and 50 percent fiberglass. Cartridges can be inserted from above thanks to an inserted steel collar. To avoid unintended loosening, the magazine is locked in place by a Total Control Latch. The receiver is drilled and tapped for mounts, and weaver rails are available. If these are to be used, they have to be glued – however, they may also be replaced with suitable steel bases that are readily available on the market. The black, lightweight and durable copolymer stock provides a good grip for fast handling.
