Hi, You're receiving this email because {name} thinks the Sierra 8mm .323 150gr Spitzer 2400 would interest you.

Bullets with a diameter of.323 inches are used in all current 8mm rifles, including all German military guns produced since 1905. However, between 1888 and 1905, German military rifles utilized bullets with a diameter of.318 inches. After 1905, many of the rifles were rebarreled to.323 inch bores, but several smaller bore guns were brought back from WWI and WWII and are still in use. 8mm cartridges with.318 inch diameter bullets were employed in some German sporting weapons, particularly combination guns built until 1938.

A bullet with a diameter of.323 inches can be loaded and fired in a cartridge with a groove diameter of.318 inches, however this results in dangerously high chamber pressures. These 8mm hunting bullets provide exceptional accuracy together with deep penetration and reliable expansion on medium and heavier game. The 150 grain #2400 is an excellent choice for medium game at typical 8mm Mauser velocities, but it will be too destructive when used in the 8mm Remington Magnum.
