This system works with the complex multi-spring (three springs) rod and controls the pistol. The third spring within the bar controls the slide's movement so it is never moved onto the frame. The mechanism consists of a jack and two external springs. If the DPM Recoil Rod and springs are utilized, the spring plug should always be installed.

The exterior flowers vary in length, the long spring is hefty, and the short spring light so that the shooter can adjust the pistol to its personal standards at the opener and locking positions (sliding on the battery).
