A 1/2 x 28 Threaded barrel protection is included in this item. In my shop, CNC lathes are used to machine it from US-made steel to very high-quality standards. It's finished with a tough black oxide. It's counter-bored to fit barrels that don't have a shoulder undercut. Protect your threaded muzzle when not using a silencer or muzzle brake.
