The Buffer Technologies Recoil Buffer for the Glock pistol protects the polymer frame from the metal slide. The frame where the two sections come into contact gets battered by this repetitive impact. By putting the buffer between the recoil spring and the slide, you may stop the pounding. Each time the action is worked or the weapon is fired the buffer comes into contact with the frame, not the metal slide. The Glock Recoil Buffer will reduce felt recoil, improve muzzle control, and extend the life of your firearm. Models 17, 17L, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 24C, 31, 32, and 37 are all compatible with the Glock Recoil Buffer. It will not fit Glocks from the fourth generation.
