The CZ 527 Varmint sports a 24" hammer forged barrel and a grey laminate stock with palm swell and wide forend for front rest use. From the regulated round feed and claw extractor to the single set trigger and hammer-forged barrel, the Varmint retains all of the attributes that made the 527 famous. A forged, square bridge receiver with scope mounts built in (rings not included). A 5-round detachable box magazine is included with the rifle. The 1:9" twist barrel of the 527 Varmint versions in.223 Remington is designed to stable bullets up to 70 grains.
